Rawa dosa: Semolina (50%), rice flour, wheat flour, iodized salt, refined sunflower oil, whole cumin, dehydrated green chilli flakes, asafoetida, and acidity regulator (INS 262)
Rawa Dosa: - Add 600 ml water and chopped coriander to Rawa dosa mix to make a uniform, smooth batter. Keep aside for 5 minutes. - Smear the heated pan with oil. Pour 1 cup of batter on pan (optional: sprinkle 40 g of fine chopped onion for onion Rawa Dosa). - Fry only one side of dosa on medium flame till golden brown. - Serve hot with coconut chutni
Rawa dosa is best poured and takes a little longer to cook since you are only cooking on one side.
