Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP: Local Orders can be scheduled and picked up from our San Mateo location Monday-Friday from 11am-3 pm PST. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with further instructions. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. We offer FREE ground shipping within the US for orders over $50. Check to make sure your address qualifies. We currently do not ship outside the US. If you live outside the US and are interested in ordering our products, please contact us at masalaonmymind@gmail.com. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Please refer to our returns policy before placing the order. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at masalaonmymind@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
